The race kicks off tonight with a chat in the DSAG chat room. The chat begins at 9:00 PM EST and everyone in attendance will receive a free kit. The first challenge will be posted on Sunday, January 4.
The chat was announced for 10pmEST in the rules. I did make it into the room just before 9pm and got bumped out when it became full. Now I can't get back in. I do hope that those of us who got in/couldn't get in will be able to get the code for the chat kit?

I cant see teh chat room at all - juts a big box with an x in the corner. And it still says on the thread that it starts at 10 eastern?
So bummed--the chat room is saying it is full! Hope you all had a great time :)
I tried it in Mozilla and it loads now, but is telling me it's full :( I am really bummerd too! Is there a bigger chat room we can use in future?

Tried to get in too....but still to full. THat is great for the race. Glad to see so much excitement! Wish I could have made it in :)
